Static Screen TE
Static screen is a filter used on solid-liquid separation, on the wastewater treatment plant. process with almost no maintenance requirements and no energy input at all. The static screen consists mainly of a body made of Polyester reinforced with fiberglass and a stainless steel wire mesh frame that channels the waste water to be treated.
The fluid to be treated is either pumped to the screen head or sent under pressure. After a certain delay, determined by the time taken to fill the feed box, there is a laminate overflow during which the residue slides smoothly through the wire mesh filter. The liquid passes through the wire mesh (mainly in the upper part), while the solids are retained on the surface of the mesh, sliding down until they fall off the bottom of the mesh. The filtered liquid falls into the tank below and is run off through pipes by means of gravity.
The equipment can be installed at the plant head by means of an elevated platform so that the water can pass on to the following stage of treatment without the use of a pump.

- in tratamentul primar al apelor reziduale urbane
- in pretratamentul apelor reziduale industriale, pentru eliminarea materiilor grosiere care rezulta in industria textila, industria pielariei, etc.

Rotary Screen TR
The rotary screen is a high capacity filter with sizes much smaller than those of other rotary screens in its class, used for solid-liquid separation. The filtration capacity is five times higher for this type, than the static sieves, the possibility of being blocked by residues is practically reduced, due to the self-cleaning system.
These screen are used on the pre-treatment process removing solid-liquid waste through a filter drum formed by a grating or perforated mesh of different apertures depending on the type and amount of solids being treated. Their task is to remove the solids carried by the water in order to avoid obstructions and mechanical problems in the plant.

- the food industry in general and, in particular, those applications with high fat content: milk industry, slaughter houses, etc.
- industries with high volume of waste water, that require continuous cleaning of the filtering screen
- paper industry to separate the paper rests removed with the water, from the cellulose residues that clog the static sieves;
- mechanical filtration of the water coming from the industry of plastic materials.
